Colombia La Quebradita Bourbon Sidra "Thermal Shock" Washed is a unique coffee produced in Oporapa, Huila, by Edinson Argote at La Quebradita Farm. With years of experience in specialty coffee, Edinson has dedicated himself to cultivating exceptional varieties and refining innovative processing methods.

This coffee undergoes a "Thermal Shock" process, where cherries are oxidized for 24 hours, followed by a 50°C hot water shock and 48-hour fermentation with beer yeast inoculation. This careful method enhances its clarity and complexity, bringing out a vibrant and expressive profile.

It offers floral and fruity elegance, with the delicate aroma of roses, the juicy sweetness of peach, and the refreshing acidity of passion fruit. Roasted light to highlight its natural brightness and clean finish, this coffee embodies the dedication and craftsmanship behind La Quebradita Farm.
