La Nueva Montaña is a farm managed by Antonio Gonzales and his wife, Eby Aracely Samayoa.
Situated in El Palmar, a quaint town in the Fraijanes region of Guatemala, the farm thrives at an altitude of 1,550 to 1,800 meters. This area, located south of Guatemala City, offers the perfect combination of temperature and humidity for cultivating high-quality coffee.
The drying mill, however, is located at a lower altitude of about 1,200 meters, which ensures optimal conditions for drying the coffee beans, enhancing their quality and consistency.
